La proprietà del <b>sidro di mele</b> è dissetante<br />
<br />
Tagliare le <b>mele </b>e mettere tutta la polpa a fermentare per 8 giorni in un recipiente di legno oppure di coccio.<br />
Quando le mele non fanno più la schiuma travasare il liquido in un recipiente di coccio e lasciare riposare per una settimana.<br />
Chiudere poi ermeticamente il liquido per un mese e in seguito trasferirlo in bottiglie da conservare in un luogo buio e fresco.<br />
Si conserva per parecchi mesi e si può bere fresco come bibita dissetante.<br />
Oppure mezzo bicchiere di acqua bollente e mezzo bicchiere di sidro è <b>ottimo contro il freddo.</b><br />

Sciroppo dissetante e rinfrescante e un po’ lassativo<br />

Si usa la polpa di <b>tamarindo </b>che viene venduta anche nelle farmacie.<br />
Si fa uno sciroppo con 100 gr. della polpa, 500 gr. di <b>zucchero</b>, 20 gr. di acido citrico, 300 ml. di <b>acqua</b>.<br />
Bollire per 10 minuti, aspettare che il composto si raffreddi e filtrare.<br />

<br />
Tagliate a pezzi le mele e raccoglietele in una casseruola, aggiungete lo zucchero, la cannella, la buccia di limone, 3 quarti di litro di acqua e cuocete lentamente.<br />
Quando le mele sono cotte, passate al setaccio, mettete il passato in una caraffa, aggiungete il succo dei due limoni e lasciate la caraffa nel ghiaccio per un'ora.<br />
Quando servirete, versate il composto nei bicchieri i quali saranno stati preparati con il ghiaccio tritato e le amarene.<br />

una bottiglia di <b>Champenois Marqué Monistrol</b>, <br />
tre cucchiai di <b>fragole</b>, <br />
due cucchiai di <b>sciroppo di fragole</b> Velico.<br />
<br />
Lavate le fragole con un po' di vino (se sono fresche) e mettetele nel frullatore, ma se sono surgelate lasciatele scongelare, aggiungete lo sciroppo e mezzo bicchiere di Champenois.<br />
Frullate per 10 secondi.<br />
Suddividete nei flute freddi il vino che è rimasto e che sia molto freddo, e in ogni bicchiere aggiungete un po' di frullato.<br />
